Happy Monday, everyone! In case you missed it, Alpha 3.17 is now available on the PTU to Wave 1 testers. If you’re not in Wave 1, fear not, as the PTU will be opened to a wider test group very soon. For more information on the PTU, how waves work, and how to access the PTU once invited, check out our FAQ here.
We’re super eager to get this patch out the door and in your hands, and we’ll keep you updated as we go! To ease your wait a little in the meantime, we took the opportunity to highlight some additional content coming in Alpha 3.17 in our latest Patch Watch post.
If you’re already testing the new additions on the test server, and need a bit of guidance as a Starfarer captain or as a pilot requesting fuel, we encourage you to check out the step-by-step guide we put together for the new refueling mechanic.
Last but not least, we’ve started to distribute Q2 Buy Back Tokens earlier today. They’ll be rolling out to all of you throughout the day, and you can find more about this process on our Knowledge Base.
Furthermore, don't forget that the ATMO eSports' Fight or Flight PVP tournament finale, is coming on April 9. Don't know what to expect? Check out this video by Papa Freedom for a glimpse of some of the action seen during the group stages.
Now, let’s see what’s going on this week: On Tuesday, the Narrative team will publish a deep dive into the Siege of Tiber, an epic four year fight between the UEE and Vanduul forces for control of the system. Additionally, the April Subscriber Comm-Link will go live on Tuesday as well!
For Wednesday, the development teams put together their reports for March, so keep an eye out for a pair of Monthly Reports on both Star Citizen and Squadron 42, via Comm-Link and email.
Thursday won’t see an episode of Inside Star Citizen as we brought the quarterly season to a close. In the last episode before the ongoing hiatus, we looked into the additions and changes coming to the ‘verse in Alpha 3.17 and unveiled the upcoming refinery concept ship, the MISC Expanse.
And finally, on Friday, you’ll see an update to the Subscriber Vault and the RSI Newsletter will wait for you in your inbox. We’ll also welcome a new episode of Star Citizen Live, which will broadcast on our Star Citizen Twitch channel at 8am Pacific / 3pm UTC. This time, we will have members of the Actor Feature Team taking questions about the features they're responsible for in the Persistent Universe.
