We are pleased to announce that the customer service for Citizen Cards is going well and that we anticipate taking the form down on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 28 at 9 A.M. PST (GMT -8.) So if you want to upgrade your level or make changes to your card, be sure to do so immediately!
