January 2023 Subscriber Promotions Welcome to 2953! This year will be Star Citizen’s biggest to date, and Subscribers can kick it off in speed and style.
Greycat’s latest little racer, the STV, is available to drive throughout January, while fans of the ‘verse’s other high-octane ground vehicles can enjoy them with brand-new paints.
We’re also tweaking how the Subscriber Exclusive Promotion runs. Now, the Vehicle of the Month and Subscriber-Exclusive Pledge Promotion will run together, meaning you don’t have to wait until the end of the month to add it to your fleet. So, while we catch up a month, Subscribers can pick up both the Anvil Centurion and Greycat STV with enhanced insurance until the end of January.
IN-GAME REWARDS (FLAIR) Get ready to race with these all-new paints for some of the fastest vehicles in the ‘verse. Each paint pack features a fresh look for the Tumbril Cyclone, Aopoa Nox, Drake Dragonfly, and Consolidated Outland HoverQuad. (Paints are compatible with each model variant. For example, the Cyclone MT and Nox Kue.)
Please note: These paint packs will be available in-game with the launch of the 3.18 patch.

Lost Items Earnable In-Game Slipstream Racing Paint Pack The Slipstream livery will have your ground vehicle ready and raring to race with this sleek blue and white paint scheme.
Current Centurion-level Subscribers get the Slipstream Racing Paint Pack as part of their subscription.
Overdrive Racing Paint Pack Blast past other racers in style on your ground vehicle with the Overdrive livery, which blends red and silver coloring.
Current Imperator-level Subscribers get the Slipstream Racing Paint Pack and Overdrive Racing Paint Pack as part of their subscription.
Turbocharged Racing Paint Pack The Turbocharged is a distinct purple racing livery for theground vehicle that will make you stand out from the rest of the field.
The Turbocharged Racing Paint Pack is available to all Subscribers to pledge for from the Subscriber-Exclusive Store.
If you would like to receive these paint packs as part of a subscription, you can subscribe before January 11th, 2023 2000 UTC.
If you subscribe after January 11th, 2023 you can pick up these and previous months’ flair (going back to 2014) in the Subscriber-Exclusive Store. You can fill in any gaps in your collection and pick up extras to gift to non-Subscribers.
Lost Items With the launch of Alpha 3.15 and the introduction of Physical Inventory, you may find yourself suffering an untimely demise at the hands of a pirate or an ill-timed crash. But in either case, fear not! Even if your body is looted or you otherwise lose your items through death, all your Subscriber Flair items (and similar items acquired on the pledge store) can be easily recovered. Simply head to your account settings and initiate a character reset, which will restore any platform-attributed items you've lost in-game. It's important to note that this is only a temporary solution to get you those items back quickly. We're exploring a number of alternative recovery options which we plan to implement later on down the line.
Earnable In-Game As we've mentioned in the past, our goal is to make most offerings available to be earned in-game. For this reason, we're excited to share that many of the Subscriber flair items have been added to the in-game loot table as a rare drop, starting in Alpha 3.17. More specifically, most pre-2022 items (those that can be player carried) have been added, with future flair being added after a 3-month exclusivity window.
Note: Some digital items that are exclusive to events, such as items from a CitizenCon Goodies Pack, etc., will not be making their way into the in-game discoverable loot system.
VEHICLE OF THE MONTH Built with speed and excitement in mind, the STV takes Greycat’s proven buggy platform and turns its abilities up to 11. Capable of tackling the challenging off-road environments of the ‘verse, it’s the ideal way to make progress planetside. The Greycat STV is available to drive for all Subscribers throughout January.
SUBSCRIBER-EXCLUSIVE PLEDGE PROMOTION If you loved your time in December with Anvil’s heavyweight anti-air platform, the Centurion is available with upgraded in-game insurance until the end of the month.
And, the current Vehicle of the Month, the Greycat STV, is available with upgraded in-game insurance through January too.
