Greetings Citizens, We are tracking an issue with the new Arena Commander patch that is preventing many backers from logging into the game. The QA team has reproduced the issue. The current indication is that it’s a server side issue, which Star Citizen’s engineering teams are now investigating. This post will be updated when there is more information and when a fix is issued. We’re sorry for the inconvenience; if you’re stuck out of your Hangar, we aim to have you flying as quickly as possible!
UPDATE: Engineering believes they have identified the cause of the issue and that it will not be difficult to repair. We expect to have it resolved shortly!
UPDATE #2: The server-side fix has been deployed and appears to be working! All backers should be able to access their ships now.
