Siege of Orison kicks off on July 30 at midnight UTC. For the full dynamic event schedule, head over to the Alpha 3.17.2 announcement thread on Spectrum. And don’t forget to gear up before attempting to break the Siege!

Getting Started Preparation is the Key to Success! Nine Tails outlaws have taken control of Inspiration Park, a network of platforms that Crusader uses for VIP sales. Your primary goal is to return control of the restricted airspace to Crusader Security by deactivating the main ‘Identify Friend or Foe Inverter’ (IFFI).

First, open your mobiGlas. Open the Contact Manager. Select General, followed by the Priority mission End Nine Tails' Occupation at Orison.

Then, team up with your friends and head to Orison, Crusader! Stocking up on heavy armor, firearms, ammunition, and medical equipment is highly recommended. Finally, ensure your respawn is set to Orison's General Hospital at the Cloudview Center.

The steps below follow our recommended route through the mission. However, you can tackle it any way you want.

Your Mission Nine Tails has inverted the no-fly zone permissions around Inspiration Park, meaning only their own ships can gain access. This was achieved with an IFFI hidden on the barge docked at the Admin Center.

The Nine Tails commander, Mendo Ren, holds the access codes to disable the master IFFI. However, he will only show himself after you’ve eliminated his lieutenants on each platform.

Travel between most platforms is available by shuttle. However, to reach the Admin Center, ships found on the other platforms will have to be used.

Though the master IFFI controls the no-fly zone and the anti-air defenses on the Admin Center and barge, smaller IFFIs on every platform control its local anti-air defenses. It’s advised, but not mandatory, to locate and disable these to make the air space safe before taking off.

Solanki Platform Nine Tails Lieutenant: Remy Kettle Your first destination is the Solanki platform, a commercial residence for visiting VIPs. It can be reached via shuttle from the roof of the Crusader Industries Showroom located at the Cloudview Center.

Getting a foothold on the platform will be difficult, as the Nine Tails are determinedly defending the shuttle station.

Take out the Nine Tails lieutenant, Remy Kettle, before heading to Brushwood Platform.

Pressley Party supply containers litter the islands and contain medical supplies and ammunition. The platform’s lieutenant will have the code to open them.

Brushwood Platform Nine Tails Lieutenant: Devin Marcus Crusader primarily uses Brushwood Platform to demonstrate commercial and civilian vessels to the private sector. The good news is that Crusader has cleared the CDF to commandeer any ships it needs to reclaim Inspiration Park.

But before you can advance to Hartmoore Platform, you must defeat Nine Tails Lieutenant Devin Marcus.

If wounded, medbeds able to treat Tier 3 injuries can be found in any building with a fitness center.

Hartmoore Platform Nine Tails Lieutenant: Nolan Acker Hartmoore Platform is used to showcase ships to the military, security firms, and planetary law enforcement. That means heavy military-spec equipment is yours for the taking! Take out the Nine Tail's anti-air defense and secure the CDF's air superiority step by step.

And, as with the other platforms, you can take out the Nine Tails Lieutenant for his access codes. This time it’s the infamous Nolan Acker.

Don’t forget, you can activate the shuttle connection to the Solanki Platform to get reinforcements to the front faster.

The Admin Center Nine Tails Lieutenant: Art Kelvin Now things get even more dangerous, as the Admin Center can only be reached by ship. This platform’s anti-air defenses can only be disabled via the master IFFI on the barge, so you’ll have to destroy them or prepare your team for a hot drop.

And expect no less brutal resistance on the ground - Lieutenant Art Kelvin is one of the underworld’s toughest fighters.

Central Cargo Barge Nine Tails Commander: Mendo Ren It's finally time for you and the surviving volunteers to face off against Nine Tails Commander Mendo Ren in the final battle!

Storm the cargo barge docked at the Admin Center, break the resistance, and capture the access codes!

Then, you'll have to find the IFFI in a container maze and disable the no-fly zone around Inspiration Park. By then, your friends can fly their own ships into the area and help evacuate any remaining players.
