How will I know when my order has shipped?&lt;br /&gt;
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing your tracking number. This can sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder so be sure to check there!&lt;br /&gt;

How long should I expect between ordering and my item shipping? How long does it usually take for the shipment to arrive?&lt;br /&gt;
Items are ready to ship and will generally ship within a week of your purchase.&lt;br /&gt;
Shipping usually takes between 4-6 weeks, sometimes it can be delayed longer if there is a Holiday, or unforeseen circumstances. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please contact Customer Service for assistance.&lt;br /&gt;

Where do I find my tracking number?&lt;br /&gt;
When your item ships you will receive an email that includes a tracking number. You can also locate your order and tracking number on the website by going to My RSI &amp;gt; My Account &amp;gt; Billing &amp;amp; Subscription.&lt;br /&gt;

How do I track my shipment?&lt;br /&gt;
You can track your order using sites like 17track.net and track-trace.com. You can use your tracking number through your local post website as soon as the item reaches your destination Country.&lt;br /&gt;

How do I change my shipping address?&lt;br /&gt;
If the item has not had the “shipping order created” we can change the address for you. Contact support@cloudimperiumgames.com if you need it changed.&lt;br /&gt;

What do I do if my item does not arrive in the 4-6 week time frame after shipping?&lt;br /&gt;
Contact support@cloudimperiumgames.com. We will take a look at the order and make sure the information looks correct. We may ask you to wait a few weeks to be sure the item is not delayed, but we are happy to help if need be.&lt;br /&gt;
